At LAAYA, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If the size or product isn't right for you, you can request a return or exchange.
1. Return & Exchange Window
You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
To start a return or exchange, email us at:
Please include:
- Your Order ID
- The product you want to return or exchange
- The reason for the request
- Clear photos/videos of the product if required
Requests received after the 2-day window may not be eligible for return or exchange.
2. Free Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are completely free.
You don't have to pay any additional return or exchange charges for an eligible request.
3. Size Exchange
If you ordered the wrong size and want to exchange it, we will first check whether your requested size is available.
- Requested size available: We will process your exchange.
- Requested size unavailable: We will process a return and refund instead.
Exchange availability is subject to stock.
4. Product Condition
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Unwashed
- In its original condition
- Returned with original tags/packaging, where applicable
Products that show signs of use, washing, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at support@laaya.in within 2 days of delivery.
Please provide your Order ID along with clear photos/videos of the issue so that we can assist you.
6. Refunds
If your requested exchange size is unavailable, or your return is approved, we will initiate your refund after the returned product has been received and inspected.
The refund will be processed to the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment provider's processing time.

Important
Please do not ship any product back to us before contacting our support team. We will provide the necessary instructions for your return or exchange.
